Who we are
Yulo is a venture-building studio that helps early-stage founders test and validate ideas, design business models, build digital products, and grow them into companies. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our marketing site and related forms, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you provide to us
When you submit the Founder application, we ask for your name, email, company or project name, and details about your idea and the kind of support you are looking for.
When you submit the Talent application, we ask for your name, email, area of focus, role, experience level, LinkedIn profile, optional portfolio link, a short set of skills, and a short introduction about yourself.
When you email us directly, any details in your message (including attachments), are retained in our inbox.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider and analytics tools may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages visited. This is used to keep the site reliable, prevent abuse, and understand general usage patterns.
We use strictly necessary cookies to remember access to password-protected case study pages. Any non-essential cookies or analytics are only used after you consent via the cookie banner.
How we use information
We use the information you share with us to respond to applications, run intake and selection for founder and talent pipelines, send follow-ups directly related to your inquiry, and keep internal records of conversations.
We do not sell your information. We do not use application content to train third-party machine learning models.
Who we share information with
We share information only with tools and people necessary to operate the studio: our email provider, our internal team chat where new applications are routed for review, and storage we use to keep records.
These providers are contractually bound to protect your information and only use it to deliver their services to us.
How long we keep information
We keep application and email data for as long as is useful to maintain a relationship with you, typically up to 24 months from your last activity with us. After that, we either delete it or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@studioyulo.com.
You can decline non-essential cookies through the cookie banner. Strictly necessary cookies, such as the one used to remember case study access during a session, cannot be disabled without breaking that feature.
Security
We follow industry-standard practices to protect your information, including transport encryption (HTTPS), access controls, and keeping secrets out of client-side code. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps and address issues we discover.
International users
Yulo is a global team. By submitting information, you understand it may be processed in countries other than where you live. We apply the same care regardless of where the data is stored.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the business, tools, or applicable law evolves. The “last updated” date at the top will change when we do. If we make material changes, we will try to highlight them clearly on this page.
